The International Museum Day on 18 May was celebrated at Meghdoot Theatre Complex, Rabindra Bhavan, New Delhi. Shri Puran Bhat, an Akademi Awardee, presented a puppet performance. This was followed by an interaction session where over 50 school children participated. The school children also had a glimpse of musical instruments, masks, and puppets displayed at the Akademi gallery. The Chairman of the Sangeet Natak Akademi, Shri Ram Niwas Mirdha, was present on the occasion.
