The Sangeet Natak Akademi – a national academy of music, dance and drama in the Ministry of Culture intends to dispose off the obsolete outlived furniture and audio-Video equipments on “AS IS WHERE BASIS” lying at Rabindra Rangshala, Ridge Road, New Delhi and Meghdoot Complex, Copernicus Marg, New Delhi.

             The material can be inspected from 23 to 25^th September 2008 at Rabindra Rangshala, Ridge Road, New Delhi and Meghdoot Complex, Copernicus Marg, New Delhi. The lump sum bid price of the items separately indicating Furniture and Documentation equipments with the earnest money of Rs.2,000/- through Demand Draft payable in favour of Secretary Sangeet Natak Akademi, New Delhi in sealed envelope superscribed as “Bid of the obsolete furniture and equipments items” addressed to Deputy Secretary (Admn.), Sangeet Natak Akademi, Rabindra Bhavan, New Delhi received during the period 23 to 25 September 2008,  will be opened on 26^th September 2008 at 4.00 p.m.  in the office of Sangeet Natak Akademi, 2^nd floor, Copernicus Marg, Rabindra Bhavan, New Delhi in the presence of your representative, if any.

             The Akademi’s reserves the right to reject any or the entire tender without assigning any reason thereof.
